We are a mobile bar company
We provide the entire bar service for our clients functions. This entire bar services includes, setup of our mobile bars, hiring of our glasses as well as all the equipment necessary to serve the bar, including ice buckets and stands for wine and champagne at the tables. We also provide all the drink, at cost price and ensure that all the drinks are ice cold for the entire evening and that there are no shortages of any booze throughout the evening. We provide well trained barmen, neatly dressed in full black Barserve attire who work behind the bar all night and ensure that our guests are provided with quality service.
Bar Rental
One of the more recent additions to our services is the rental of our unique mobile bars. We have over 20 specialized bars that are portable and thus easy to deliver to any location. We offer the more fancy cocktail bars for private functions as well as a more standard bar for larger functions such as fun runs, marathons etc.
Birthday Parties
Not to forget our smaller clients, Barserve still caters for all birthday parties from an 18th up to a 60th or even 70th be it at your home, at a local club or even at a cottage up or down the coast.
Durban July
Being a mobile bar company, there is a huge demand for our services at the annual Durban July. We have in the past catered for many tents, not only corporate and private tents but we even provide the bars for the Millers after party each year. As the demand is so high we urged our clients to book as early in advance as possible as last year we were fully booked by June.
Weddings
These serve as the biggest portion of our business and through working at numerous weddings in the past we have acquired a valuable knowledge of catering for them. We have been privileged to cater for weddings up and down the coast at the most amazing venues as you will see by the photos on this site. No matter whether it is a small family wedding or a glamorous one for 300 guests or more we will be there to cater for you.
Corporate Functions
Another major part of Barserve’s market is the corporate area. Examples of corporate functions that we have catered for in the past are Christmas dinners, product launches, golf days, office openings and many other diverse functions.
We have been privileged to be associated with many big corporate names such as bosch and associates, Rand Merchant Bank, Zimbali hotels, Investec, Unilever and even the Bmw international polo in Assegay.
Other Fuctions
Apart from the events mentioned above, Barserve has been involved with many other types of functions. We are again the sole bar company based at the new Seaton Deleval polo estate on the North Coast of Durban. We were also involved in the Durban Decorators on Display show at the new Queensbridge estate in Assagay.
In the sport department, we provided the bars at the pick and pay fun run in Durban 2006 as well as the International Polo event in assagay.
Barserve Professional Bartending Services
Just an added feature to our service is that we take down and clear the entire bar station after the function and are off the premises within an hour of the last drink served. Therefore no mess in morning for the clients to deal with.
We have recently added a hiring section to our services which entails the hiring out of or equipment such as the cocktail bars and drink tubs, glasses , tables and table cloths, ice buckets and stands.
